Agay-ayat ket agyaman ka
Ta sika ti ipangpangruna
Ni San Andres a nangina

Iti tuok, rigat a dumalanes
Itoy nga ili, nga ay-ayatek.

Agragragsak tay ngad amin a sangapada
Ipeksa tay ni ayat nga idaddaduma,

Ipakita tay ngad ala ngarud ita
Dagiti rag-o ti puso tay awan pada.

CHORUS:
Agdawat kam ita ayat yo
Anus ken taripato
Denggem ken imdengan yo
Ita anus ta puso yo.

Ket ti surok ken kurangna
Ita anusyo punuan na.

(Repeat II, Chorus & III)

This is the Municipal Hymn of Bacarra. Lyrics and music are attributed to the late Julian Dacuycuy Sales, an illustrious son of Bacarra. A new musical arrangement and harmonization by Mr. Ascencion “Vicky” Bonoan, a retired Education Supervisor of the Department of Education, has given the hymn more meaning and appeal.

It is sung right after the Philippine National Anthem every Monday morning during flag-raising ceremonies at the Bacarra Municipal Hall, at the two public secondary schools (Bacarra National Comprehensive High School and Cadaratan National High School) and in 23 public elementary schools in the Municipality of Bacarra. It is also sung during special programs and events within the municipality.
